There have been many Castlevania games, and more than a few iconic pieces of music from these games… but to me, one stands out a little bit in front of the rest:
Aquarius from Castlevania III. The Famicom/VR6 version is my favorite, but the Castlevania ReBirth take is also pretty darned good.
